Some of us were at the Døgnvill Festival when a-ha played there in 2007. Now they are coming back three years later.

"This is the only a-ha concert in Northern Norway. I'm sure a lot of people will come to the festival to see a-ha", Hogne Rundberg at the Døgnvill Festival tells iTromsø.no.

The festival was held at Alfheim Stadium when a-ha played there in 2007. This year the festival is held at Vallhall (not to be confused with Vallhall Arena in Oslo) - an old sports field. There is a picture here.

I am very happy they will come to North of Norway again. And very happy they will come back to Tromsø. The last concert in Tromsø was one of the best I have been to. So this is the show for me on this tour. :-D

I will be there! My dad told me about it yesterday, and since my sister and her fiancé lives near Tromsø, I'll go with them.

If I'm lucky enough to meet a-ha, maybe I should take out my MP3 player and play them my "Analogue Sun" mashup?

Please, Jakob, or anyone who knows... a friend needs to know what time does the concert ends so that he will be able to take the airplane that same night. Any idea about the time the concert will begin or end?

I dont think you will be able to take a flight after the concert.
As far as I remember the concert was finished around midnight last time, and the last flight to Oslo this day is 2055, so there is no chance your friend will catch this flight without missing the concert.

Thanks Karl, but he wants to take a flight to Trondheim at 22h55. I don't think he can make it, do you?
He says the concert starts at 15h00... Really? so early?

It is a festival, so the concerts will start around this time. But a-ha is headliner and will be the last band to enter the stage. I guess they will be on sometime between 2130 and 2230, so it will be around midnight when is finished. Is better for him to take a flight to Trondheim the day after. He will never catch this flight without leaving before the concert is finished.

My Norwegian 'sister' (I was an exchange student for a summer in 1990), went to the last festival and wants to go again. I am really hoping to go and see the family again. a-ha and a trip to Norway. I wish I could win some money and afford it all!

in a bizarre display of self control I have now ruled out Stavanger... although flight details on route to Tromso not yet finalised and booked.

Just want to know who else is on the 3rd... or 2nd other than Ozzy Osbourne eeep!

I'm definitely doing Tromsø with my host sister on the 3rd. then I'm going to evenes for the week. this'll be my last a-ha concert.
